PROBLEM: Sales team has two shifts with a few hours that crossover. Leads come in and need to be distributed evenly over the week. If a sales rep is on a call, they need to be skipped. If they are unavailable for other reasons, they need to be skipped and noted.
SOLUTION: Distribution system that checks for sales rep availability and lead count then identifies the next person in line to receive a lead. The person can be skipped if they are on a call or not available. Data is logged showing who received each lead and who was skipped. Sales reps can be marked as inactive if they are not there that day and will not show up in the suggestion.
FEATURES: Leads log showing all leads per time period and overall. Lead Count report where each rep can be selected for a timeframe to see how many leads they took or passed on. Option to randomize the list of reps at any time to assure lead distribution is fair each day.
