PROBLEM: Printing jobs have multiple variables that determine cost and customers want quotes right away. Doing this manually is very time-consuming.
SOLUTION: Potential customers to fill out the online form with their specifications for a printing job. Results are saved into a google sheet and prices are calculated in the spreadsheet based on the inputs.
FEATURES: A template tab for the quote gets filled with the data for each customer once it is reviewed by selecting the Create Quote button. Then the quote is saved as a PDF file in Google Drive and is ready to be sent to the customer. All quotes are logged so that if price changes occur, the original quote is available for review.
